The Improbability Company hoạt động độc lập trong khung này, cùng Trường Đại học Cần Thơ và CICT là các trụ cột khoa học — tập trung vào quản trị số, công nghệ khí hậu và truy xuất nguồn gốc có thể được định hình, thử nghiệm và quản trị rõ ràng.

What Can Tho 2030 does
Project Can Tho 2030 is bilaterally aligned to the People's Committee of Can Tho's 2030 goals and 2050 vision. The Improbability Company operates independently within that framework, with Can Tho University and CICT as scientific anchors. It starts with concrete city and delta constraints, translates them into challenge briefs, and uses pilots to test what should be built, scaled, or governed next.
